Free Implant Consultation

Board-certified prosthodontist. Fully digital 3D workflow. Same-day teeth in many cases.

For patients who’ve lost most or all of their teeth, the phrase “teeth in a day” can sound too good to be true. In reality, it describes a precise, digitally planned surgical workflow — not a shortcut. Here’s exactly what happens between your consultation and walking out with a fixed set of teeth.

1. The 3D Scan and Digital Plan

Every case starts with a full CBCT scan and photogrammetry capture. This lets us map your jawbone density, nerve position, and bite in three dimensions before a single incision is made — so the implant positions are planned, not improvised.

2. Implant Placement

Under IV sedation, four to six implants are placed per arch using the guided surgical plan. Because the plan is pre-validated digitally, this stage is typically faster and more predictable than conventional freehand placement.

“The goal isn’t just speed — it’s finishing surgery with a result that was already proven on screen before we ever picked up a handpiece.”

3. Same-Day Temporary Bridge

In most cases, a fixed temporary bridge is attached to the implants the same day, giving you function and a full smile immediately while the implants integrate with the bone over the following months.

  • Soft-food diet for the first 8–10 weeks
  • Follow-up visits to monitor healing
  • Final zirconia arch placed once integration is confirmed

4. The Final Zirconia Arch

After healing, the temporary bridge is replaced with a custom-milled zirconia arch — built for long-term strength and a natural appearance that matches your facial structure.
