Through advanced digital planning and same-day prosthetic delivery, patients can walk in with missing or failing teeth and walk out the same day with a fixed, functional smile.

The procedure is most commonly used as part of All-on-X full arch treatment — where 4–6 implants per arch support a complete bridge of teeth. But the same immediate-load principles can apply to single implants and bridge cases when conditions allow.

At Advanced Implant Specialist, we use a complete digital workflow: CBCT 3D imaging, digital smile design, photogrammetry-guided surgery, and in-house 3D printing. This integrated technology is what makes 24-hour transformation possible — it eliminates the back-and-forth between dentist and outside lab that used to add weeks or months to the timeline.

The implants placed on day one are permanent. The teeth attached to them on the same day are high-quality fixed temporaries — designed to be worn during the 3–6 month healing phase. The healing still happens, but you eat, speak, and smile normally throughout it.
With IV sedation, patients experience minimal to no discomfort during the procedure. Most describe sleeping through it. Post-surgical soreness is managed with prescribed medication and typically resolves within 3–5 days. Most patients return to work within 3–5 days of surgery.
For the first 6–8 weeks, you’ll follow a soft-food diet to protect the integrating implants. Think soups, smoothies, eggs, fish, soft pastas. After your final premium zirconia restorations are placed, you can eat virtually anything — steak, apples, corn on the cob, nuts.
